- Click on the button for 'Ask a Question'
- Click the tab ‘Ask a Question’.
- Click the ‘Create Account’ button at the bottom of the page view.
- Fill in all mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk and click the ’Submit’ button.
- On the new page which appears describe the problem you are experiencing in the ‘Question’ text box and select the appropriate drop down selections for the ‘Product’ and ‘Support Group’ fields and enter the model number of your product in the ‘Model Number’ field. (You may click the ‘Choose File’ button in case you want to attach any document like a proof of purchase document, an image, etc.). Click ‘Submit’ and you are done!
