A USB to micro-USB charging cable is required to charge all Kensington KeyFolio products.
The red light on the KeyFolio indicates that the KeyFolio is running out of battery power. Please connect the charging cable and leave it for charging for 4-6 hours in order to attain a full charge.

A Technical Support Representative will assist you with obtaining a replacement USB charging cable for your product.
